You can set a custom event duration from Todoist on a task by task basis by typing something like [80m] into the task name. When you save the task, “[80m]” will be removed from the task name and a new Google Calendar event will be created with a duration of 1 hour and 20 minutes. Here’s one that adds Evernote reminders to your Google Calendar: Other to-do-type apps can be integrated, too.IFTTT lets you add your follow-up reminders from to Google Calendar so you can always see who you need to be emailing and when.you need to do it ensures that nothing gets forgotten. But most task management solutions keep these two things separate.
In most cases, there’s already one that’s been created, and all you need to do is add it to your account. You can also open Tasks in Gmail by clicking the dropdown menu in the top-left (it says “Mail” when you’re looking at your inbox). And if you want to see Tasks in full size, go to mail.google.com/tasks/canvas.You won’t get any more features, but you do get a full tab to work with.(You can also choose to only sync tasks from a specific project.) For all of you out there who’ve hacked together your own Google Calendar integration with IFTTT or Zapier, this 2-way sync will likely end up duplicating some of your tasks. To avoid an infinite loop of task duplication, we recommend turning off all previous calendar integrations first.
